Your Boss Would Love This- How to Drive his Decision

People don’t work for company, they work for their Boss. The environment can be good or bad depending upon his mood. You can be a success or a failure based on his decision. Considering Boss as a constant factor you need to realize 2 things

1. He will be there whether you accept it or not

2. Your success depends on him whether you accept it or not

To me Boss is not exactly the evil that it may eventually sound. To be successful you need a horse, and your Boss is your best bet to be that Horse. He is basically your Horse to Ride. (There is an excellent book by Jack Trout and Al Ries on this- Horse Sense). Boss is an effective tool which will help to monitor and control your destiny. So two things again come out here

1) Boss is your biggest weapon for success

2) How you use this weapon depends on you
